I invest in rental properties in different states and have worked with many real estate agents so I…read moreknow when I find an absolute GEM and that's Jerrod. Let me list the ways that Jerrod is EXCEPTIONAL: - I have a LONG list of criteria for the property I want. Jerrod has several tactics to find what Im looking for. His intelligence, resourcefulness and creativity materially expanded the potential homes he brought me to land at a really special property that I loved. - He treats my money like its his own even though it means more work for him. For example, I was willing to put a little more into the offer but he advises me "I wouldn't pay more than X". Another example, given the circumstances, I was also skeptical we'd get anything on the inspection objection so I wondered if it was worth the effort and he said we should put one in bc you never know, and we ended up getting a couple grand. He saved me at least a few thousand over the course of the entire process. - He property manages himself so he has a great network of contractors and he has a good idea of what things cost. Very helpful in figuring out how to negotiate after an inspection is done. Both during the after the purchase, Jerrod got several handyman in to quote and fix things. - Jerrod goes above and beyond: I thought the 3rd party inspector could have done a better job inspecting the foundation. I expressed my concern and Jerrod offered to jump into the crawl space himself. He found hairline fractures in the foundation and traced them above ground to figure out the source and recommended a mitigation tactic which he then implemented by himself. UM.. Who does that?! WOW WOW WOW I have worked with 20+ real estate agents and Jerrod is the #1 in my mind. If he covered other states, I'd use him for all my real estate needs.

I used her to sell my house in SW Colorado Springs during the summer of 2017. She sold it for $5K more than the asking price in just one day! I was originally concerned that she might be more of a buyer's agent than a seller's agent, but her performance quickly negated any concerns I had. She's a great communicator and kept me informed throughout the process. She's proactive and really excels at following up on open items without being a pain about it (a key quality for the customer moving - when there's a lot going on, you don't want to miss something, but you also don't want to be bugged about it constantly.) She's a problem solver - when there were issues with the appraisal, she handled it, even though it actually wasn't her job. She came up with listing language to allow a potential buyer to pick the exterior paint color as an incentive in the sale. She knows the market well and made the whole process a breeze. I give her my highest recommendation and am happy to serve as a reference.

Tiffany was absolutely nothing like that. She was so ridiculously patient and honest with us while we were buying our first home. The expectations and wants when we first started looking, compared to when we finally found "the one", were almost on opposite ends of the spectrum. She practically PREDICTED how all of our wants would change, and helped to navigate us through the process. There was never a moment, in the entire process, where it felt like she was pressuring us. She was keen on keeping us well-informed and was constantly aware of our ever-changing criteria (sometimes better than we were); she could take a 10 second look around the house we were seeing, and immediately steer us away from it if she could tell it would be the wrong fit. Saved us a lot of time and energy. When I started panicking and trying to rush the decision, she actually helped me put the brakes on and slow down. She also set us up with an incredible mortgage company, as well as stellar inspectors. Tiffany really took amazing care of us, and we can't say enough wonderful things about her. Buying a home (especially for the first time) is extremely overwhelming and stressful, but it was very comforting knowing that we had Tiffany in our corner. She is the absolute best.

So, this review is from a slightly different perspective. I've never bought or sold a home with…read moreTarema. Rather, Tarema is a customer of ours. Let me explain. I happen to own one of the nation's largest real estate marketing companies. We specialize in luxury home brochures, and we have customers all over the country, including Hawaii. As a result, I have occasion to meet and interact with hundreds and hundreds of real estate agents whenever they're seeking our help in the marketing of their listings. I must be very fortunate because many of our customers are simply WONDERFUL people! Professional, friendly, responsive, funny...(all of the things!) Of course, there are also some who don't rank that highly. We've had real estate agents who are demanding, unreasonable, argumentative, and even belligerent. Some pay their bills on time, others skate out without ever bothering to pay for our services, and some we have to chase down for weeks before they FINALLY pay what's owed. Some spell well, others don't (I mean, seriously, a Realtor spells it "Dinning Room" instead of "Dining"???) Yes, happens all the time. Almost like a dentist spelling it "Toof" before filling a cavity. Doesn't instill much confidence, but I digress. I bring all of that up because Tarema has quickly become one of our MOST favorite customers! She's funny...and caring...and super quick to respond to any and every request. She's incredibly smart, and she pays our invoices literally within seconds of her receiving them. There's a character reference in there somewhere!!! Seems like if an agent doesn't pay a couple hundred bucks when owed, I'd be really nervous as to what they're capable of doing when thousands of dollars of commissions are on the line!!! Yikes! Whenever I see Tarema's name and number show up on our phone...I can't wait to pick up and have a conversation with her, no matter what it's about! She also happens to use one of the best real estate photographers in the country for each of her listings and is a superstar when it comes to drafting a compelling description of the properties she markets for sale. If you've made it this far, let me close by saying this. I do not do "fluff reviews" just to help a client out. I'd rather just politely decline if I don't genuinely believe in their ability. I also sold real estate for 18 years as a top agent in Southern California, so I know what it looks like to be at the top of your game. Tarema is the kind of agent that I, myself, would personally call in a heartbeat to represent me in any type of real estate transaction. I trust in her...and I like her style. If you're a buyer or a seller who's looking for someone who will get the job done in a friendly, "shoot from the hip" honest and professional manner, I don't think you can do any better than Tarema Riddle. (Yes, I'm obviously a big fan!)

Her professionalism, marketing strategy, knowledge of the game and absolute charisma stole the show, we had no doubt. We couldn't recommend her more.

Over several months, we would fly in on weekends and pack our schedule with showings, and he was always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us. Even in the middle of a full day, if I found additional homes, he would immediately reach out and try to fit them in. He was incredibly flexible, patient, and never made us feel rushed, even though I'm pretty sure he showed us "a million houses" (he insists it wasn't that many!). What really stood out was that we 100% never felt pressured at any point. He was always honest and gave thoughtful, candid feedback on each property. He did extensive research for us, pulling comps, analyzing different scenarios, and even looking into Airbnb rental potential and pricing so we could fully understand our options. That level of effort and transparency made a huge difference in helping us feel confident in our decision. His communication was excellent throughout, and he was always quick to respond and keep us informed. Buying from out of state requires a high level of trust, and he absolutely earned ours. We can't recommend Noah highly enough. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly committed to his clients, you'll be in great hands.

We were often shown homes by someone else, and by the end of the process, we felt more like a transaction than a priority. Marquesa appeared to be more focused on a multi-million dollar listing she was showing at the time, and her attention seemed divided throughout. We feel she wasn't interested in advocating to resolve inspection related repairs that were important to us. There was a tone of, take it, or leave it. The homes we were shown repeatedly did not meet our families needs. The home we did purchased, was found on Zillow. Most concerning was the lack of disclosure regarding the built-in speaker system of this home. After closing, we discovered that the removal of a single component rendered the entire multi-room audio system inoperable. This critical detail was never clearly explained to us, even though we asked and attempted to clarify. The repair has cost us $2,300 so far. When we raised the issue, we were offered $200 and then blamed in an email for not having the power turned on. We're sharing this review not out of malice, but to help others make informed decisions. We expected advocacy, attention to detail, and clear communication from our realtor. Unfortunately, we didn't receive it.
