He was even losing weight because eating caused his pain to worsen. He walked into the building, which was empty of other patients, and described his exact symptoms to the doctor that came out to him. She literally said, "We can't help you, get better buddy!" and sent him right back out. About four painful months later, my husband found another doctor who confirmed immediately that it was a bad hernia, and scheduled him days later for surgery. The surgeon said that it was a severe hernia - bad enough that the surgery took about three times longer than the average. So, this "urgent care" centre gets one star because my husband could have died if he had taken their advice and just tried to suck it up.

There was no URGENT OR STATCARE about this place. There were plenty of staff in evodence, so the wait time was inexcusable! And then in an attempt to cover the guilt she felt over people having to wait so long, the nurse offered a half-apology and told us the wait had been FIVE, yes, FIVE HOURS long earlier in the week!!! We were NOT impressed! We could have been in and out of our local ER faster than this!!

PT was not very accommodating to my schedule, imaging staff was rude and rushing to get my xrays done to the point where I genuinely felt like an inconvenience and took almost over a month to get back to me, and ER staff is typically dismissive and an emergency visit will usually last minimum 5 hours just to speak with a Dr for less than 5 minutes.

I was referred to this location by colleagues due to the fact that they were the only ones at the time who had the rapid test available. I went in the afternoon, I was able to walk right in, they asked me to fill out some basic info and return the paperwork to the receptionist. I waited about 15 minutes and was taken into a exam room. I waited there for approximately 10 minutes, the NP came in and administered the test and I was done within the next 10 minutes. The office is dated as are the exam rooms. They do not accept insurance for COVID tests. For this reason, and the availability of rapid results at other providers, I likely would not go back.

I came to Dr holzer who specializes in surgery and she said yes I can repair it. The entire ambulatory surgical team was amazing They even call you afterwards to make sure you are okay. Jane was my anesthesiologist She made me feel at ease pleasant bedside manner goes over everything with you I felt safe in her hands. Jauhni walked me back into the surgery waiting room and was fun to talk to. I'm sorry I don't remember the rest of the nurse's name that helped me before and after my surgery. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly and patient. I want to add they have a new neurologist my husband seen for the first time last week We are very pleased with him trying to figure out my husband's tinnitus! Dr Trevor Moravec. We have our PCP here, My son's PCP is here, I have had surgery by Dr helming in orthopedics, My husband sees Dr Goodman for his endocrinology Larry is awesome in that office as is Dr Anderson for my son. And then in ophthalmology is another doctor Holzer (the husband to the surgeon I just had on Friday) for all of our eye health. Their therapy rehab center is amazing too Dr Amy murnen, Dr Thurman are excellent providers. Dr Hetrick sees my entire family for our ENT needs. He's the one that noticed I had a stroke sometime in my past it showed up on one of my CT scans of my sinuses. I had no clue I had no lasting effects.

I…read morecannot say enough good things about the floor staff, anesthesiologist, and my electrophysiologist Dr Jordan Gales. If in fact you need a cardiologist team, you may really want to check out this group. So far, they have been amazing. The hospital even reached out the next day to see how I were feeling. From the time I checked in until the wheelchair out to the car for the procedure, every employee that I met, were top notch and very welcoming and wonderful!!
