My doctor's office faxed in the orders ahead and I brought in a hard copy of the labs to be completed. I arrived on-time. I sat and tried to assist the technician who couldn't figure out how to enter the information in her computer. It was that was for almost 30 minutes because she couldn't figure it out. She informed me that they don't do the urine test. I told her my spouse was in exactly a week ago and they did urine then. I asked her "when did this change, because (again) the test was done at the very site one week ago?" She said she didn't know. When it occurred that they couldn't do all the labs ordered; nor was I confident that the technician in-fact entered the correct labs in her system. I decided it was in my best interest to walk out. And won't be back until they actually manage to hire on competent staff. Or sufficiently train the one the one they have currently.
