But when she took it to Chase it was accepted with no questions. My account manager at Morgan Stanley just rolled her eyes when I told her what had happened to my friend. How much experience can these two have if they cannot even recognize a legitimate check from a huge financial institution? I am locked out frequently (like every month which feels unsettling) and have asked multiple times for them to look into this because i cant sign in to mobile banking. I asked for higher up help she said I had to call back Monday. I had to hang up because they were so frustrating.
