When I addressed the issues the children working there gave me an endless excuses. I was told the buff and dry hasn't worked in awhile and told to put up with it because it doesn't work. I was told there is no manager here so they couldn't do anything. The kid kept texting someone the whole time instead of calling the manager and resolving the issue quicker.
