With years of fitness experience and having owned a CrossFit gym, I can confidently say this place is for everyone--regardless of age, experience, or goals. From high level athletes, to people who have never worked out. From the young, to those experienced at life. There is a place for everyone. I came back to Sturgis CrossFit after several injuries and feeling disconnected from CrossFit. I started with the Wirk program, which was an incredible way to refocus on nutrition and health before stepping back into the gym. Be ready, though. Ready for a group of people who won't just take your money but will genuinely care about keeping you on track--whether that means helping with nutrition, mental health, or just showing up for you in ways you can't yet imagine. Not looking for deep connections? Just need a great workout? They've got you covered. But I dare you not to fall in love with the people, the coaches, and the community. This isn't just a gym. It's a place that changes everything--for your body, your mindset, and your life. Give them a chance, and they'll prove it.
