Initial appointment was confirmed 2 hrs in advance. We arrived for initial session 15 minutes prior to confirmed appointment. Dr not available. We called to inquire his status no cell phone response. We left a note of our successful commitment. Departed at 6:45. 6:55 Dr arrived and called. We returned to satisfy our appointment. Great interpersonal skills.
