Big shops do large batches just to keep the shelves full. They are easy to find. We used to live in Grand Island. We now live in Papillion. We drove to G.I. Yesterday, just to stop on. So a friend recommended Mr. Liebig. Since buying our first quarter in 2013 we've been sold on this company. Mr. Liebig does an outstanding job preparing his beef. If you're willing to make the drive to Columbus then his beef is worth your time. Our friend even turned down a family member who offered to butcher a cow, telling him that they only get their meat from Liebig's in Columbus.

It's a good 30 mins drive from the in-laws Farm so that's a plus. I walked in and I felt like I'm in lalaland! I love the variety of items and the very wide range of meat selections. The prices are also very reasonable (I'm comparing it with my local meat market in Texas). I came in planning on grabbing the ribs but I left with extras: a bottle of spice rub, 3 packs of cinnamon rolls, and a rhubarb pie. I just baked a pack of the cinnamon rolls and they're absolutely divine. I'm not a fan of very sweet cinnamon rolls and this one is a keeper. I love the consistency of the rolls. If you want to add some sweetness to it, it's easy to whip up your own frosting. :-) I wish my local meat market has this much selections. I'm glad we now have a go-to local meal store everytime we come and visit. I so very highly recommend!
