If you are seriously considering a purchase of either an RV, camper, or trailer, please consider Range RV. The quality of service and products is unsurpassable. The Sale Staff is kind, patient, and professional. Our salesman was named Lucky and if you can ask for him, you will be lucky too. Sarkis took us to see several trailers but ultimately helped us find what we wanted. He is amazing and honest and took our needs into consideration first and foremost. This is a great place to shop. In addition, the finance person, Kayla, was amazing too. Thank you, Sarkis and Range RV.

They left it nasty with oil and hand prints on cabin door and generator door. When pick up, windshield could hardly see out of.

I have been a loyal customer of the Fange family for over 29 years. I took my RV for repairs and was quite a price which I agreed to. I was told by the service Manger Bryant that, they would replace an awning, repair a fan blade in the restroom, change the oil, replace a brace on the generator tail pipe and service the generator. Over one week later I go to check on RV never getting a call. That they the repair shop get do the awning can't open to replace. (But they are a repair shop) Stared that my fuel pump on Generator needed to be replace. My question was I replaced it. But trusting the Family name and Brand I said okay, How much, that's going to be 600.00. So I say that per high, being I put one in in a half hour and I am not a mechanic. so I ask what's the labor 200. part was 350 plus tax's 600. So I say give me a minute on that. you can't give me a price to fix my awnMing, or my fan in the restroom, but you can't even stated for sure if it's the fuel pump. So I call Cummins out of Bloomington Calif who sales the original Manufacture equipment and I can have it shipped to my front door for 224.79 plus taxes. Even with 200 dollars labor for thirty minutes work would be 425.00 I can tell you this there no loyalty in doing repeat business with Range RV. Never again So to sum things up they kept my Coach fo over a week Charged me 350.00, for an Oil change a new brace on the tail pipe of generator and they Information of what they couldn't DO. Wow!!!! Don't go there!!!

Unfortunately I will not buy or visit Range RV again. I bought a brand new trailer from them and paid for the extra inspection before taking it home. They assured me everything was in excellent condition. That's when I found the awning torn which they did replace while I waited. However a week after having parked in my driveway the roof was leaking. I called them and they said sure take a day off work drive it an 1-1/2 back and leave it here and we'll fix it. When I looked at the roof it was badly cracked at the skylights so this was easy for me to see and they would have seen it in their inspection. I asked for money back to get it fixed closer to me but Sarkis the sales guy blocked my number and wouldn't take my calls. I asked for the manager Chick to call me but never heard back. Stay away from Range RV. Everyone call Sarkis and ask him why he treats people this way.

We were looking for a trailer and were pointed to Range RV by the manufacturer. I called and talked to Sarkis the salesman. He was GREAT. He held onto the trailer we were interested in while we drove from the beach area to see it. He made us a great deal and made sure we had everything we needed. He is a great guy and treated us like family. I can't say enough about how nice it was to buy from him and would recommend him and Range RV to anyone.

From the moment we walked in, the entire process was a breeze--low stress, no pressure, and genuinely enjoyable. Salesman Buzz was outstanding. He listened to exactly what we were looking for, showed us several options without any hard sell, and helped us find the perfect trailer that matched our needs and budget. He made us feel like valued friends rather than just customers. Thanks to him, we got an incredible deal that was below what we expected to pay. It truly felt like we were getting a family discount! Robert from The Finance Department was just as impressive. Everything was transparent, straightforward, and handled with zero hassle. They explained all the options clearly, got us approved quickly with great rates, and made the paperwork painless. We walked out feeling confident and excited, not overwhelmed. Finally, the Service Department went above and beyond even before we took delivery. They thoroughly inspected and prepped our trailer, answered all our questions patiently, and even gave us helpful tips for our first trips. The whole team treated us like family--warm, knowledgeable, and truly caring about making sure we were set up for years of happy adventures. If you're in the market for a travel trailer, do yourself a favor and go see the team at I 15 RV. We couldn't recommend them more highly. They turned what could have been a stressful big purchase into a wonderful, feel-good experience. We're already planning our first big trip and can't wait to hit the road! WARNING: DO NOT STORE YOUR RV HERE!!!!!…read more The people are nice and the facility looks nice. However, I'm warning you now, do not store your RV here. Our RV was broken into 2 times less than a year. The first time we found out it was broken into, it could have been like that for at least a month without anyone letting us know. The thieves stole at least $5,000 of our things including military uniforms, cut the stereo out of the wall, and priceless memorabilia that I will never get back. The storage employees seemed upset but did nothing to reimburse us. I thought it was an inside job just how they evaded the camera and seemed to know we had a lot of stuff in the RV even though all the windows were covered. However, they denied it saying they had good Christian workers...Christians never go to jail I guess. The second time was about a month ago. I did get a phone call this time, but soon found out that the RV had been broken into at least a week or more before the phone call (more like a month). They said they just got a new camera which was not working when we went to go review the video due to a power surge or something. They got the video to work but the picture was so bad and dark, you couldn't see anything except that the window still looked like it had been propped open for awhile. Then, some random guy, whom I've never met, said he thought it was from the previous break-in attempt, but then his story changed to we had taken it out and then brought it back this way, oh and another story changed to they didn't notice it. First, we never took our RV out since moving it in Aug 2014, not once! Second, how would he know as I've never seen him and it wasn't that window they broke into. Third, why the story changed. They offered me rent free for the second break-in, but I'm not stupid enough to keep it there any longer and moved it a week later to a much better place in Ontario. There are some nice RVs in the storage and I wish I could warn them all to move. It is not worth the risk.

Brett and Lori made it feel like getting some help from a long-time friend and less like a business transaction. Vehicle repair and restoration can be costly and the value you will get out of the work done can't compare to the invaluable human touch they have mastered here.

When I balked at it because he didn't have my permission to do the works, he got snotty saying he could put the crappy old parts back on but it would ruin the new cat. At this point I couldn't trust him to remove the new parts and not sabotage something else, so I paid him. This weekend, I drove the motorhome on a 180 mile trip and it still runs rough. In fact, it runs worse than before. I had planned to replace the plugs, coils and fuel injectors myself before he replaced two without my permission. Now I have to do it anyway because he only replaced two. Who only replaces two?!! Most of the work is in getting access to them in a class C. Thoroughly disgusted and definitely know he ripped me off. I would leave zero stars if that were an option.
