Everyone has the opportunity to be innocent until proven guilty but the fact is: the courts of public opinion have shown us time, and again that once someone is served with fraudulent information about financial misconduct maliciously for more than 3 years is filed and documented against them, My reputation will always be in question because people say there is always two sides of every story. Therefore a citizen in situations like this one, now have to break from their normal routine and send time and money defending such acts. I am hurt, I am disgusted that any company practicing business under the United States flag would do this to someone that has worked years in a professional capacity to make sure that they remain a pillar of the community and a well trusted human being with that said, this defamation of character will be brought to the Florida Bar Association.
