Some parts are the park are well maintained and other parts not as good as they could be, but its more from tenants not doing their part. The people are friendly and watch out for each other, and make for sure that wandering vagrants are not hanging around causing trouble. Very few places in this part of town can say that. Now, look it up on Google maps. Type in the address, and try to find the park. The reason it is so hard, is because pretty much all you see are trees. Catch the hint: there are a lot of trees in the park, which translates to a lot of shade, which translates into cooler places that cost less to air condition. This is a few minutes walk from downtown and maybe 10 minute walk from campus. You have all of the benefits of living on all of Drive, and a sweet little community talked out of sight to not be bothered. Pretty much ideal for living in an area as crowded as Davis. The park has been making improvements year over year, and now is easily nicer than the two biggest ones in town.

She lacks courtesy, a modicum of professionalism or even just human compassion. There is not a choice to give negative stats or I would do so.
