To be clear, I have inherited 3 machines from a grandmother, grandmother-in-law and my own mom. Have purchased a basic Singer, Heavy Duty Singer and my husband bought me a machine when my mom's was giving me issues. Another machine is about as welcome as a hole in the head. And my mom's is a work horse with loads of accessories. She just busts needles like no tomorrow. This is your offering to the Sears monster to sew what silly frock you seem to think you want. ;)

Girl from TSC that told me what type of horse brush I had on back porch a while ago, sold me Replacement, that same trip. Found Missing one, in plain sight, when i got home. Bet I'll find prints in the snow also.. No time to invest in people's insecurities. I'll ONLY go to TSC when I HAVE to put things on their CC. Trent's service, despite poor experience YEARS ago, has won me over.

My Son asked to see a Manager and She stated that we didn't need one. Once we got back to the dog food isle the price was marked lower than the cash register price, the employee continued to argue about the price when I pointed to price that was marked on the shelf and She said well that's wrong. I love to buy locally and would like to do business with Shipton's but to have employees that argue with Customers is just wrong and without Customers they do not have jobs. My husband asked for an manager and she called for one but at that point I made a decision to go elsewhere! Given the attitude I will spend my money at stores that value my business!

Hubby and I went out of town and had our son house sit for us. Our young, inexperienced but well…read moremeaning son misplaced his keys and resorted to kicking the door in to get in. After repairs and additional hardware the door needed to be repainted. I brought paint chips in that had flaked off the wood windowsills (same paint as door) to have it matched. I regret that I don't remember the lady's name who helped me but she was awesome! I'm the last person in the world that should have a paintbrush in their hand but this lady walked me through every step! It was tough to get a perfect color match given the weather worn, oxidized chips that I brought in but on the second try we nailed it. It was such a good match that I painted the areas on the window frames where the paint had chipped off and you'd never know they weren't paint at the same time with the same paint. Oh, and of course the door came out perfect! I wouldn't hesitate to return if I'm ever unlucky enough to have to paint something again.
