This was, without question, the worst haircut experience my son has ever had. The instructions…read moregiven to the barber were simple and clear: a cleanup while maintaining the same length. Instead, she disregarded those instructions and delivered a hacked, uneven cut with short layers that were never requested. The result was nothing short of careless and unprofessional. What makes this especially unacceptable is that my son's haircut was not complicated, nor was there any room for confusion. This woman clearly does not know how to cut long hair and that should have been explained to us upfront before ever touching my son's head. I would strongly advise against bringing your child or anyone to this barber. Based on our experience, this shop does not provide the skill, or care that customers should expect. One visit was more than enough to know we will never return.
