We understood that legally there wasn't any grounds for my mother relinquishing guardianship other than I could provide better financially for my niece. My mother was willing to consent and not make an ordeal about the legal gratification of me suing her for guardianship. In November Mrs Miller stayed this would be an open and shut case and could be completed without a hassle. Well little did we know Mrs Miller stopped the guardianship process and was seeking custody but she never told me nor my mother her changes. When we reached out to her in June she apologized for the mistake and once again stated this will only take a matter of days to handle. A week later this lady tells me I'm not her client that my mother was her client and that I never asked for guardianship of my niece!!! So I'm warning you if you use this lady be ready for the run around and make sure you talk to her weekly on your case because she has a case of amnesia!!! I wish I could give her negative stars!!! Think twice before seeking her consult you will have better service from a lawyer that actually remembers who her actual client is and who paid her!!! Take my advice find someone else!
