I went to have more drawers added in my closet. Mr. Ramos came and measured. I am thinking it was done on time in about two weeks. Not his biggest job but he still wanted to do it. (I had contacted another shop in my town but they would never come. ) I painted them myself. Mr. Ramos gave me suggestions on how to make it look professional. I know he would have painted them but I had lots of free time so I decided to do it. Not my best idea as it was hard....I would definitely use him again. Very reasonable and professional. Contract was to replace cabinet doors and drawers. Horrible job! Drawers didn't line up with doors; drawers were supposed to be Shaker like the cabinets, but didn't do that; big gouge marks from saw on insides of doors, doors are warped; cracked my granite from making door facing too long and forcing it under granite; charged $340.00 more for new drawers which were already in estimate; many more mistakes which are too numerous to list. Promised to refund $900.00 but hasn't. Yes, he returns calls, but a lot of good that does when he does such shoddy work! Calls himself a "Master Carpenter". What a joke! read more
