In fact, the bread/flatbread/tortilla... whatever you call it, is handmade here too. That's how the process begins, they take their little ball of dough, flatten it out and slap it in a press real quick, run it through a quick oven deal, then start carving the meat and donning it with all the goodies. I mention that the meat lasted all the way through my sandwich because in the States, the meat is literally on top and the rest is veggies.
