I saw the 1st red flag when they repeatedly told me they couldn't get my medical records from Emory Hillandale Hospital. Which in return I told them I wasn't seen at Emory Hillandale Hospital but Emory Dekalb Hospital at least four times. Then they told me the hospital didn't have a lien on my account so I didn't have to pay the bill with the lawsuit money. But neglected to tell me I have to pay it out my pocket. Of course I ask then they told me yes I would have to pay it on my own. This is very unhanded and I was not happy that I was being advised this. They wrote my settlement letter out to a Betty somebody not my name. Neglected to add my MRI bill until I made them. It was countless errors on they part. I wish I could give them a zero star.
