After my session, I feel she's better than my regular dr. She's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She checked a few areas and got to work, knowing exactly what to do. She was gentle when she needed to be and caring about my discomfort, she didn't just start cracking bones. I'm definitely going back!

I have seen a lot of different chiropractors and sports therapists over the years due to back and neck problems that have been brought on by desk jobs and extreme hobbies. I am staying in Floresville for a month at Cycleranch and once I started riding my dirt bike my hand, arm numbness and pain got so bad I could only ride for 5-10 mins before being forced to stop. I called on a Friday afternoon and got in Monday morning. I really appreciated him walking me through what is really happening with my spine, his plan, and how each apt will go. Dr. Goolsby's passion is second to none. I have been three times in the first week and have seen immediate improvements, Dr. Goolsby is also one of the very few drs that takes the time prior to the adjustment to provide heat and one of two electro treatments to relax the muscles. My muscles are so tight this is necessary for me and I have never had anyone adjust my neck so well, every vertebrae in my spine is adjusted if possible and needed. Each appointment I never feel rushed, as he patiently listens to all my concerns and requests. Adjusting my wrists and helped deep stretch my neck. Also providing tape to see what will help me the most. Everyone in the office is so kind and welcoming, they make me feel part of a family. An absolutely lovely experience every time I go. I highly recommend giving him a try even if you have a chiropractor. Every doctor has a different touch and technique. I have seen doctors making small or no progress after months and some drs (like Dr. Goolsby) seeing immediate results. Cost without health insurance it is on par with what I would pay for doctors when I had insurance.

I got my teeth cleaned and even though I had no cavities and my insurance covered the cost I still got the whitening kit. It could take 5-14 days for them to be ready. Service is slow. I was here 5 min early for my appt, called back (after new patient paperwork) about 20 min later. X-rays, dr. exam, impressions for teeth whitening tray and teeth cleaning took an hr 45 min!!! I sat for what felt like 30 min between the impressions and teeth cleaning because the dr was with another patient. On the plus side, the dr did the cleaning rather than a hygienist. But if the hygienist doing it meant getting out of there in an hr I would have been ok with that. My recommendation to the good dr: get another hygienist!

I say "PLACE THERE" boldly because that's exactly what happened to my grandfather. He was not cared for properly and they did not make his room comfortable and or homey in any way. The TV was never turned on nor was the pictures of his family hung up much less open his personal box that was provided by us. I witnessed staff being rude and ugly through the window (of course due to COVID) so all I could do was file a complaint. He was told that " he belonged to the state and that he was never going home". I also set up a face-time chat and was never called. It took me calling 4/5 times until I was able to get ahold of anyone. When I saw my grandfather he looked extremely bad he had dried throw up on him and it was obvious that they had not been changed, checked on or cared for. Please think twice about putting your family member into this facility especially during this pandemic. We are not able to make sure they are being properly cared for, hear them, talk to them, or touch them. I am his voice and I hope that this can help someone else.
