Our Class -A motorhome needed to be towed from our home driveway. I contacted our insurance carrier…read morefor assistance and a towing service was dispatched. The tow company sent too large of a truck - combined weight of the motorhome and tow truck would have damaged our concrete driveway. We tried a mobile diesel mechanic next and he could not repair the problem, but he recommended Rider Towing. Rider agreed to remove our coach and arrived at their promised date and time. Rider's 3-man crew, including the owner, were very professional. They properly prepared our coach for the tow. They were meticulous not to damage our coach and successfully towed our coach to a Cummins Service Center without any issues. I highly recommend Rider Towing for any type of towing service you might need. And, you're not going to find a finer towing service ANYWHERE.

Customer beware! I…read morebought a chainsaw from this individual at the location of his tow/ parts company that was described as barely used, but after getting it home, it would not run properly at all. I replaced the carburetor and still could not get it working. My issue is not just that it had a problem, but that it was not accurately represented when it was sold. If something is listed as barely used, I expect it to at least be in working condition or for any known issues to be disclosed upfront. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious doing business with this seller. He also had his wife list it under her Facebook profile Shelly Holbrook Glover likely to avoid having anything shady tied back to him

SCAMMER/DISCRIMINATION: I had my commercial truck towed to this shop, after being told by the owner…read moreBJ, the shop service commercial vehicles. After paying hundreds of dollars for the tow truck to deliver to the shop the owner BJ and his colleague informed me that he did not know how to repair the truck. BJ then tells me he has a friend he could call to repair the truck. He never called the friend and kept saying the friend was busy. He refused to give me the friend's info as promised, continuously lied about the status of the truck and parts, and eventually complained that I needed to stop hounding him because he doesn't have time to deal with it. After weeks of waiting I called a tow truck to remove my vehicle and BJ parked another vehicle in front of my truck and made up a bogus claim that I owed him money for storage fees and refused me my vehicle. To make matters worse, I call the police to assist me with the issue and they gave me a really hard time and sided with him without any legitimate reasons and advised him to go put a lien on the vehicle while I was there to retrieve it. He did not have any type of work order or contract( obviously because he couldn't repair it). There was never any mentioning of a storage fee prior to me trying to retrieve my truck. I would have reasoned and payed something, but BJ came up with an outrageous number. Unfortunately, there were signs I ignored in the beginning that showed I wasn't welcomed there, but I guess he knew he had plans to scam money from me.
