I was there the hotel was pretty much full and it was a bit noisy, but that can be expected in any hotel that it basically at capacity. My room was clean, the air conditioning worked, and the staff were attentive to any requests. The room came with a complimentary self-serve breakfast, complete with scrambled eggs, sausage, and pancakes. The pancakes were made by a pancake machine - so I had pancakes each morning as the machine was neat. It has a restaurant that is open for lunch and dinner, which has a patio overlooking the water. The view is beautiful It has a very small cardio room with 2 machines and a balance ball. It also has a small pool. I will stay here again when I am in the area. It was a good value for the money, I like having free breakfast, and it was very clean.

A restful night in a great hotel......delivered what we sought…read more A lovely hotel with a great setting. Our bedroom was spacious, clean and the king bed was very comfortable with good pillows. We slept well in a quiet room ....which we had requested and the hotel delivered. The pool whilst small was refreshing apart from two ankle biters who seemed unable to be contained by their keepers. I swam through them and they got the message but their keepers didn't even notice.

He was friendly & welcoming, as I booked my single room. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a large tv where I could watch football (thankfully it was on in English as well - Packers en Francais :O). I would definitely stay here again. Much better bang for your buck versus paying $50 more to stay at a cookie-cut, bland, chain hotel.

Upon arrival the person working the reception area was rude, and bothered by our arrival. She was also extremely rude about the price I was quoted when I reserved the rooms 6 months prior to our stay. When my 8 year old daughter opened the door to our room- half of the frame fell on her - no one was helpful with this and actually accused us of breaking it upon entry at which point my husband asked for a hammer and nails and we fixed it ourselves. In the same room the bathroom door does not close properly so you have to hold it closed while you use the toilet. On the third day of being guests in this motel - we received clean towels (after requesting them). and then again every second day we would get them again. In 9 days and 2 rooms our beds were made maybe 3 times (and it was never both beds, just 1). We also had a futon couch which we did not receive bedding for - we asked for a comforter but never got any sheets. Not once were our sheets changed during our stay. And our garbage was changed every 2-3 days. I have worked in hotels myself as reception and as a chamber maid and I know that the customer service my family received was not worth the money we paid to stay here. The only plus side - the maintenance/cleaning gentleman was extremely nice - just did not provide the services we expect when paying for a room. I then brought this to the attention of management when I got home from holidays via email and they let me know that my room was a disaster when checking out and that I was a liar as to the conditions.
