Beautifully decorated, warm, and a superb value. We kind of wished we weren't just passing through to be honest since we got in late and left kind of early. However, I got up extra early to have a chance to take a bath in the large, deep bathtub and honestly wished I had that bathroom at home! The kitchen, living room, and bedroom were all comfortable and provided a great place to settle in when you are finally off the road, or coming home from a day at work (if staying there for a longer stay). Also when we arrived they had a evening dinner type thing with sausages and pierogies which was fun. The only thing that could have been a little better is that at breakfast there were no eggs (empty) and while everyone could hear the staff talking and laughing back in the kitchen, no one came out to check on the status of the food while we were there (a little over a half hour) so those who wanted eggs just ended up eating hash browns and sausage. Other than that, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend it!

The room was very nice. Exceptionally clean in all areas especially the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The area was very clean and the staff was very attentive and completely on top of the demands of a busy crowd. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.

However Best Western came with a continental breakfast so decided to stay at Best Western and extra cost would be off set by breakfast. The pre packaged egg/bacon muffin was not warm & bun was so tough you couldn't eat it. Threw it in garbage & tried waffle, machine only partially cooked waffle so threw half of it in garbage. Toast should be a safe bet, rye bread wrapped in individual Saran Wrap dry on one side so I managed to have dry toast & jam. When I went to front desk to complain I asked for Manager & she said she was the Manager. Said she would talk to Maria ( who is lady working in breakfast area). Oh and she told me their breakfast is rated in top 10 out of 200 in their area, who cares what the rating is if your breakfast is terrible!!! When I asked what she would do to offset cost she told me I didn't pay for breakfast as it is free with the room. FREE- Wrong answer!! Said she would call me. Called me offered 500 Best Western points-what a joke and would not give me any financial compensation because prior to calling hotel to book I had gone on Booking.com to get rates and they had matched the Booking.com so I had already got a better rate with benefits of being able to cancel and not having to pre pay. Double review lady's and gents…read more 1. A few weeks ago I went to the central for breakfast and found a hair in my hash browns. I was hungry so I tried to eat the eggs anyway, bam another hair in my damn eggs so I lost my appetite and didn't have to pay for the food, shit happens so I let it slide. 2. So last night I go in there for supper and ordered the baked chicken Parmesan, expecting a backed chicken breast like it says on the menu. So I get my food and there isn't a piece of chicken on the plate bigger than a toe nail clipping. But being as I'm a trooper I tried to power through and eat this pile of linguini, pulverized chicken and bargain brand mozzarella. I ate about a quarter of it and gave up. So the waitress takes the plate away and goes in the back to tell the chef. Then she comes back out and tells me the chef said I still have to pay for it because it has everything the menu said it does. Well the menu didn't mention the chicken breast has been run through a blender. So I wind up paying for it cause I had about 10 drinks and I'm not the kinda guy that walks on a bar tab. In conclusion the kitchen staff are terrible the waitresses are good and the drinks are reasonably priced. Not a bad place for a beer but avoid the food. Oh yeah and the soup sucked.

Also in the second room we were moved to, there was dried semen on the wall. Avoid this place. Oh and the lobby smelled strongly of curry at check in. This probably explains why only 8 vehicles in the parking lot.
