Had one of the best experiences at Rally Mazda. Troy and Matt are always there to help. The guys spent the whole day helping me find the best option for me since I had a bad experience before.I'm from Ukraine and I don't know much English. It was very nice to feel a lot of support and help from the guys. Awesome people to deal with. Highly recommend these folks. read more

Traded in my old SUV on a Mazda CX5. Steven was fantastic, he showed me all of the options available to me as I was not totally certain with exactly what I was wanting. He was very patient and thorough in explaining each model and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. Ultimately, made my car buying experience super easy, I felt like I was being guided by a friend rather than a stranger. He even helped me set up my Mazda app as I am a first-time Mazda owner! Well! I accidentally bought a car from Rally Mazda! I was looking for Rally Volkswagen and stopped into Rally Mazda for directions. I had bought a car from Rally VW years ago and was extremely happy with their customer service as well as the car. So I had intended on purchasing from them again but I stumbled across a Mazda CX-5 in the showroom that was even a better fit for me than what I was looking for at Volkswagen. I am a 50+ guy who places great value on customer service and was completely satisfied with the product and staff at Rally Mazda. Matt Knows his stuff about the vehicles and gave me his personal cell number in case I had any questions after I left. I would highly recommend the short drive to Prince Albert from Saskatoon to deal with great people. read more

I essentially ended up paying $100 for a quote for changing plugs. That's a good scam they got going there. Watch who you go to for your recall service work. Ford not only has had a lot of f-150 recalls, it looks like their dealers are having to scratch the bottom of the barrel to make a buck.

I was in an accident, and totalled my vehicle. Because I was offered a rebate through VW I decided to give them another chance, I brought my partner this time. Again the sales man was extremely condescending, rude and unappreciative of our business. Will never purchase a vehicle from them again, and will be sure to tell people about this experience.

David S. I'm a 50's guy too and agree 100% with Burnell L. We've encountered numerous car salesmen over the years who ranged from painfully crooked to terrific. Matt is the best that I've worked with--period. He was straight with me from the outset, fair, relaxed, flexible, and worked toward making my family completely happy and satisfied when we bought our Mazda 3. He's a friendly, decent person who appreciates that he has a high quality product to sell, believes in it, and worked with us without deploying any of the tiresome and repetitive high pressure sales techniques that we've encountered in so many other places. In fact, everything was on the level and open with everyone at the dealership. We also live in Saskatoon but plan to make trip up to PA the next time we're in the market for a car because we were treated so well by Rally Mazda and left the lot feeling great about the whole experience. And we love the car. Our Mazda 3 is beautifully designed inside and out and drives with swagger on the road. We've always owned Toyotas in the past and they're solid, quality vehicles but this Mazda's got something extra that makes us always look forward to getting behind the wheel.
