Today was lovely for walking to see what's on sale at Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Levi's Jeans. All the stores I visited had plenty of staff to greet you or help you locate what you wanted. Loved shopping at the Tanger Outlets in Hershey. We probably only made it in 1/4 of the stores but of those, all were clean and organized. We were there on a Wednesday so there weren't too many people there which made the shopping experience even better. Ample selection of stores and none of the spaces were vacant. A couple of new stores had opened, such as Columbia. I visited here on Black Friday, so my review may be biased on the one major shopping day of the year, but I'll report my observations. The parking lot was jam packed, as was to be expected on Black Friday. I appreciate the traffic police controlling the flow of traffic and keeping things seemingly organized. The stores are easy to access and the sidewalk in front of each store is covered, which is great during inclement weather. My only criticism is that there weren't a lot of popular stores that appealed to younger generations. I did like the Disney store, tho! Overall, not a bad place for shopping. You just may not find everything you're looking for in one spot. read more

Worst trip ever. I drove specifically to try and purchase some decent shoes. First I went to the sketchers store and I was disappointed because there was a very small selection of shoes. Then I went to the Reebok store. It was worse. You are better off going to your local footlocker. The Reebok store had little to no selection and the shoes were not worth looking at. I will not go back. I can not believe the swarms of people that were at this outlet. Do not waste your time here. read more

The lengths you'll go to buy a gift for someone will make you travel to places you rarely have gone. Probably why I ended up in Hershey recently and why I came here. I have been to several other Tanger Outlets before, and I have to say that this particular one was sub par. When you think of an outlet mall you think of a cluster of buildings that is filled to the brim with stores that you will not usually see in a local mall. While there are maybe one or two unique stores here, nothing else differs when it comes to selection. One thing that I will say is that on my recent travels this is probably one of the few outlet malls that was actually occupied. I don't think that there was one storefront empty, but let me add that also for an outlet mall, it's on the small side. One thing, to me at least, that was off putting is the layout. When you look at it, it's more of a strip mall than an outlet mall. Instead of all the stores clustered like I said before, being centralized, you have to traverse the parking lot to make it to the store you want. You also have to mind the traffic. Like I said, not your typical outlet mall. Feels like it was built quickly to capitalize on the proximity to Hershey Park, prove me wrong on that one. read more

We were in need of something to do in the late afternoon on a Sunday when it was raining so we came here. Shopping in PA is great-no sales tax! The stores are what you commonly see at an outlet mall. I love Carter's and Children's Place for my son so I appreciated the sales there. Uniquely there's an American Girl store but it was closed by the time we made it there. Parking is plentiful. Whenever I am in Hershey I always stop off at The Tanger Outlets. The area is large with a large variety of shops including Under Armour, Coach, Calvin Klein, Hanes, Brooks Brothers and Reebok! Since these are outlets you can go most of the usual stuff at these stores for a deal! For example, Under Armor was having an up to 50% off sale while Brooks Brothers was having a deal where you could get 3 ties for $99. I also like that the parking at the outlet is located in the middle between all the stores. Therefore, you can easily put bags back in your car and you are never too far from the stores. There is also a Subway and a Starbucks located directly in the Outlets. If that doesn't fit your needs there are plenty of other close by restaurants as well. In the middle of the Outlets is a playground for the kids. Even better, scattered around the Outlets are kids-rides including a cool ride based off Richard Scary. So if your in Hershey and don't want to go to the zoo or the amusement park you can go shopping. I came here today for the after 4th of July sales. Lots of the stores were 50% off already sale items. I was able to find a pretty sweater vest at white and black for $13.00. This is not a big mall. Many of the stores were regular stores not outlet. The chicos store is clothes that are made just for the outlet locations and are sub par to the regular shops. New to the area and was living near Garden State Plaza for the last 5 years so just know that before reading. I love the Express Factory store which I was surprised about. It has a lot of options and pretty big. Everything else is fine, but I don't see many options of stores. There are a few good gems (J.Crew Factory is my 2nd home ) but overall, wish there was more variety. read more

Probably my favorite small outlet in the area. There are more stores moving in all of the time and it is close to the casino, so if you win big you can shop to you drop. The bathrooms are new and clean, not like those busted down old ones in the other outlet mall in central/eastern PA. There are not a ton of big name high end designer stores, there are plenty of name brands. I believe and Adidas store is about to open there as well. read more

Nice diversion with many shopping options available. The reason for the 3 stars was due to very busy center with limited capacity preventing access to many shops. Once inside various stores we felt rushed as we knew many were waiting outside. Prices were average for those we did have the opportunity to access. Would visit again perhaps unless stressful/restrictive times to provide a revision to this review. If you visit during Covid restrictions, it may be better to visit with a specific game plan than not. read more

It's pretty much a square so you can go around to each outlet and end up back at your car. I didn't see much for food so that may be something they want to have more of. We only hit one or two stores here anymore. It's not that that don't have a large selection. Because they do. I think our tastes have changed a little. I went to the Outlets at 9;45 and I wasn't there no 10 minutes til it got full !! I haven't been there since last Spring -- I was looking for an Outfits for Moms Day and I went to Chico's I found so many Beautiful things I didn't know what was best but a Very nice Lady named Susan helped me and before you know it I had a great Pair of pants top and Jacket ! I really liked the selection of shops. I went with my Dad and two sons while visiting the area for a wrestling tournament. With the selection of shops we were all able to find something we wanted. My dad bought new hiking boots which he says are very comfortable in Skechers and he thought he didn't like them until we went in. Of course the kids liked Disney where we picked up some stuff since we will be visiting Disney in a few months. The only downside is it is an outdoor mall so it was cold when going from store to store. read more

And so do my grandkids. I like that it is fenced in. Favorite stores are Famous Footwear, Clark's, Lane Bryant, Dress Barn, Starbucks, Subway, Carter's, underarmor, Hanes, Disney and Osh Kosh. Tanger outlets was pretty good wanted to write a review about Victoria secrets but they don't have one yet. So here it goes. Went in and wasn't sure what I was looking for but fear not because the manager made sure to ask me no more than what felt like 10 times if not more. I feel like they may have thought I was shoplifting but I don't know if asking me that many times was going to do anything? This place is quite nice. A lot of stores to choose from and you can get to all of them under shelter from the elements. They have a small playground for kids and a lot of parking room. They have restrooms and an ATM on one side of the compound. A few places to eat like Subway. Plenty of benches to sit on and lots of brochures with a map. Definitely a nice place to relax and shop and it's not far from the Hershey Chocolate Factory. read more

This outlet is your typical Tanger outlet. It is smaller than many of their outlets in other areas. But I guess this is what you should expect in Central PA. It has all the stores you would expect. Disney, Sketchers, Starbucks, and a Children's Place are stores that seem to have a steady flow. There isn't an Old Navy which is a big negative. They recently added an As Seen On Tv. They also have at least one crafty style store with country style gifts. The bathrooms are kept clean. There is ample parking and everything seems well maintained and clean. It's easy to get to and located just next door to Hershey Park. read more

This is a lovely outlet mall right next to Hersheypark. It has a lot of the stores I frequent so it is easy for some one stop shopping for any occasion. The stores I enjoy are Under Armour, Gap when they have good sales, Coach, although lately they haven't had as good sales, white house black market, bath and body works, starbucks, ann taylor loft, banana republic, old navy sometimes, nine west, the disney store (get your disney parks attire here for your next trip to Disney World), Yankee Candle, and JCrew. I am sure there are some I missed but those are the ones I usually hit in my usual circle of shopping there. They often have coupons in the paper and the app is very useful to inform you of promotions going on at the center. There's also a cute little play area for the kids to play with the dads who don't want to watch us spend their money. read more

My two fave stores in this outlet location are the Banana Republic and the LOFT outlet. Both have fantastic deals, and the people who work there are so helpful. I really like the layout, and there are some other great stores...a nice mix of mens, womens, babies clothing, as well as other shops like COACH, Yankee Candle, and Bath and Body Works. There is also a Starbucks and a Subway! They have a small picnic table area as well for anyone who wants to pack a lunch for a day long trip of shopping. Parking can get a little crazy, especially in the area by the Starbucks. The worst part is that it is located right by Hershey Park, so from May-Sept, it is a complete mad house, especially on weekends. Watch out for people from out of state who like to just randomly stop in the middle of the road to have a conversation with their significant other about where to park. read more

We went on a weekday in March so we had the place to ourselves. We were greater warmly at every store. Parking is in the center so you can see all the stores but may have to cross the lot. Even with the usual Tanger coupons, there were no deals I could see at this outlet location. Maybe it was just off season. A captive market in this tourist town means no competition. What I love about this outlet is that it's not very crowded. You can actually get a good parking spot without having to circle the place several times. It has a nice selection of famous name brand stores. It even has a small playground for when kids get antsy and need to burn off energy. It's right next to Hershey Park, which make it convenient to stop by the Chocolate World locates in the Park. I believe it has a separate parking area from the amusement park and the admission is free. It also has some restaurants close by and a few fast food places. The tenders are super friendly here and they will help you find what you need. We use to go to the Tanger outlet in Lancaster but since this place opened up, we go here instead and avoid the crowds and we spend less money. I recommend this place for a stress free shopping experience. read more

My shopping here was just OK. I bought only two pairs of underwear and one shirt. I would have bought some shoes, but the prices in the stores were not as low as I would want from an outlet mall. I did not like how I had to walk a long distance around the entire perimeter of stores because the parking lot is located in the middle. Most of the stores sold clothes, while other stores mostly sold shoes and accessories and only some food and home products. Stores looked to be in good and clean condition.
