We had two kids go here until we moved. This place is absolutely fantastic! All of the teachers and staff are wonderful and we miss them!

We highly recommend Triangle Nannies for anyone in the area looking for childcare! Everyone we have…read moreworked with there has been thorough, thoughtful, responsive, and very supportive. We've appreciated their guidance and preparation for our first time hiring a nanny, answering all our questions and providing thoughtfully-prepared reference documents and guides to help make an overwhelming process feel more navigable.

As pandemic -- and first-time -- parents, we reached a breaking point where we struggled to function as humans. We just couldn't sustain full-time work and childcare at the same time, but we also weren't ready to go the daycare route during the height of the pandemic. We found My Girl Friday when we realized that we wouldn't be able to take on the arduous task of finding a quality and well-suited caregiver ourselves. We'd seen friends try and go it alone, but after dozens of interviews, red flags, compensations, and their back up against the wall with timing, their benchmark for success became "good enough" vs. their initial intent of finding someone who aligned really well with their parenting style. We wanted to do things differently but knew that without the time or brain space, we needed serious help. After a few initial calls with My Girl Friday, they were hard at work to find us a fit who met our safety, development, and overall parenting style requirements. The process of reviewing and interviewing candidates was smooth. When you have no ding-dang idea what you're doing, the continued guidance, support, and recommendations from the My Girl Friday team are invaluable. One day, we received word that a newly applied caregiver entered their system who was a perfect candidate for our position. Knowing how hard we struggled to balance life, they emphatically pushed them through their interview, onboarding, and background check process to help us meet immediately. They were such a good fit that they quickly progressed from candidate to employee to family. While we waited for them to finish up their then-current position, My Girl Friday also worked hard to apply the same effort and care in finding us a short-term nanny to help with the gap in coverage. We can't imagine life without either of them. There's absolutely no way we could have quickly, reliably, and successfully found someone more perfectly fit for our family -- let alone two! -- in such a swift amount of time. For My Girl Friday to know and attract such high-quality, kind-hearted, warm-spirited, and well-suited candidates speaks volumes about their devotion and commitment to their business and clients. It may sound hyperbolic, but My Girl Friday saved our lives and sanity. We didn't know what to do, but they certainly did. We are forever grateful.

One is still attending and the other has gone on to Kindergarten. All of the teachers and administrators know our kids names and truly care about helping all of the children flourish. They receive the best care and education available by a steadfast and dedicated staff. There are additional resources to help learning outcomes and monthly meetings available that help support parents and parenting skills. Other centers pale in comparison to Learning Together. They meet and exceed standards of care. They are also accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) where less than 6% of childcare centers in the US carry that standard. There is another unsavory review on here and I have not had any similar experiences. The potty training comment is not in the context of the child. I have two and the first was ready to train right away and the second wasn't and has had trainings when he was ready. That speaks volumes to the staff being aware that different children will take on different skills when ready. My second child just was not ready when we initially discussed potty training and the Learning Together staff were able to start that training once he was. This is a feather in their cap for being responsive to the child.

I never knew how my child was doing and or even how their day was. They promised things like "we do lots of water play during the summer" - not once did they do this. My child loves school and would kick and scream towards the end of the summer, clearly not wanting to go in for whatever reason. They also promised to help with potty training, but they never put my child on the toilet. They would only change diapers and not even well. My child would come home with a rash because they didn't wipe well at all. I had better hopes for this place and was really let down.

There aren't enough stars to rate Before the Bell…read more My little girl, Eve, just loves this school. I credit much of her transformation from a shy, clingy toddler to a friendly little preschooler to Ms. Nikki and her school. Eve adores Ms. Nikki's daughter Evona, who stops by to play with the children when she's not busy with middle school. Before the Bell manages to be the perfect balance between a family-run in-home center and a private freestanding preschool. Although it's located in a family home, the house is a split-level, with the living area separate from the school. The school occupies the downstairs (plus backyard playground), and inside the school it looks in every way like a traditional preschool. But fortunately, there's none of the high turnover of staff or even the children that you find in most daycares or full-day preschools. Meanwhile, we like that the school day is more structured than you'd find in a typical in-home center. Before the Bell places a strong emphasis on early literacy and hands-on activities, as well as free play. You also have the option of keeping up with the school's activities on Twitter (with appropriate release forms, etc.).

HMCS was a 4 star at that time and I was still more impressed them than the other schools, including the ones with 5 star ratings. HMCS is now rated as a 5 star. The directors/teachers actually care about each student and it shows. The location is convenient, but right next to a gas station. At first I thought it was kind of an ugly view from the playground, but there are bushes and the kids don't seem to think twice about the surroundings outisde of the playground anyway.

I have also had some problems with a couple of the students, but as soon as I addressed the situation with the Director, she took care of things immediately. The Director is Aisha Eugene and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is professional, polite, concerned with any issues, and works diligently to make sure that the children are safe and well looked after. She is also accessible and that is very important to parents and grandparents. My grandson adores her as well as my husband and I. As grandparents raising our grandson, we are obviously older and more attuned to his needs. We are raising him to be respectful, courteous, and mannerly, and we want him to be treated the same by others. We have brought a few situations to the attention of Ms. Eugene and she has thoughtfully reviewed what improvements can be made. Harps Mill Creative School is extremely lucky to have her!

I have never experienced someone so disconnected with what's happening at the facility. The accounts are in shambles, and mistakes are handled by the director with zero grace or humility. Then once your child makes bonds with friends and teachers, it truly leaves you in a hard place when you encounter a operator/business owner like Praj.
