I don't eat the greatest or exersize as much as I should. But, when seeing a doctor for the first time, I try to be reasonable about assumptions about me. Well, she pressed the areas and I was told "Oh come on" as I told her the areas the were sensitive. I was told that I was overweight and that it would be worked on. I don't know about you. But, would you say that about someone you just met? Now, the reason for the visit was because I had kidney stones. The doctor was upset with me for not catching them. Now, I know what you're saying. I should have, why didn't I ,etc. Well, I had already taken my night meds, and it was 2 o'clock in the morning. Would you want to catch kidney stones after feeling like you've given birth on sleeping meds? She did blood work and urinalysis. She also wanted me to get some scans. But, she wanted me to talk to my insurance company about getting them. Usually when I go to the doctors and need scans, they put it in and let me know that I can make an appointment for the scans. Anyways , fast forward a week and they say blood work was fine. But, urine was not they said they would order antibiotics. Note, I got this call in the morning. I look at the pharmacy app for about 5 hours. Still nothing. I call the pharmacy, they say they haven't received anything. I call back they say they did put it in. But, they would talk to the doctor. I did not get my meds. Not to mention they are closed on Fridays. So, I couldn't call back. I also had a second kidney stone episode before they called me about the antibiotics. I called an urologist and made an appointment with them. Hopefully, they can give me what I need. Because, going with the pattern, I'm due to have kidney stones tomorrow night. Safe to say I'm finding a new PCP.

Smart and attentive doctor during my initial visit as a new patient. Very organized / digital…read moreapproach to addressing my care. However, after leaving - a nightmare. I scheduled a home sleep test and did not hear anything back from PMG for three weeks. I finally called the sleep test agency and they told me they had sent the results to PMG one week prior (I heard nothing). When I called PMG to ask for my results, I received incorrect information and blatant lies by an incredibly rude office staff. The rudeness was worse on my second call to find out about scheduling follow up visits with CPAP agency. I think the Doctors at PMG care about their patients, yet the office staff needs lessons in customer service. What's worse is that in reading the reviews on Yelp for the past few years, the office staff customer service issues have been occurring for years. That's a management issue that seems to be ignored. Very disappointing - will likely find a new group.

I was a patient at this group for 8-9 years. I have always had issues with the rude, moody staff,…read morebut now the practice is changing to a Concierge Business Model-meaning the patients will have to pay out of pocket for the attention that should be the norm. I sent so many people there saying how good they were keeping their appointments. They could have stopped taking new patients if they were overwhelmed. I called to book an appointment with the doctor that will not be part of the Concierge group and, as usual the staff was rude. I thought I should at least meet this new doctor, but I was told there aren't any meet & greets, whatever that means. I will try to find a group that wants to have a relationship with their patients without charging more.
