When I asked for something not on the menu, they were happy to make it up for me at a decent price. The food is of good quality, is piping hot and tastes very fresh. The queues are never too bad even at meal times. The store is always clean and well presented. The staff are always friendly to chat too while waiting. The car parking and accessability to the store could be improved. The opening hours are very broad which is useful.
