Do not recommend. I have called them for months to have it finished, only time they contacted me was for final payment, and I told them I will not be paying unless they finish it. The next year they called me and wanted to finish the job. So I set it up and they came and finished it. A little over a month after they finished the job they sent me a letter threatening to put a mechanics lean on my house. I'm supposed to be patient waiting a little under a year for the roof to be finished but yet they give me a month to make payment. Terrible company to have work done on your house. The guy that came out to finish the work was nice and professional.

We recently hired Gutter Tuneup because our gutters were an absolute disaster. Not only were they…read moreseverely clogged from years of neglect and pine needles, but we also had a persistent leak and overflow issue near our front entryway that seemed impossible to fix. From the moment I contacted them, the experience was 5-star. They were responsive, easy to schedule, and confirmed the appointment the day before. The technician arrived right on time and was incredibly courteous and professional. What sets Gutter Tuneup apart is the quality of the work and their willingness to go above and beyond. They didn't just scoop out debris; they performed a full system inspection. They found a crucial misalignment issue on the back of the house that was causing the major leak. Instead of just cleaning and leaving, they fixed the pitch and sealed the joint on the spot, solving a problem that multiple other companies missed or ignored. The gutters now flow perfectly, even during heavy rain. They also did the best cleanup I've ever seen--absolutely no mess, leaves, or debris were left on my lawn, deck, or driveway. They treated my property with respect. If you need basic cleaning or, like us, you need an expert to finally fix a recurring issue, stop searching and call Gutter Tuneup. They are worth every single penny. Highest recommendation possible!

Since my insurance denied my claim, I reached out to them 3-4 times to come back and simply give me a separate estimate for just repair of the channel where the roof was leaking. EVERY single time I couldn't talk to anyone from the actual business, it was always an answering service that i had to continually repeat the entire explanation of what I needed from them, what my address was, what my phone number is, etc.. this went on for several months! I even actually received a phone call back from one of their sales people following up on replacing my roof? He had no idea I had been leaving messages and said he would get back to me. Well, he never got back to me either. After about six months of trying to reach them, I received an email letting me know that they were too busy to be able to complete my job before winter. Not a phone call back. No one personally contacting me. These are not the kind of people I would want to do business with or spend my hard earned money on, do better TRC!!

Then I find out what he's waiting to tell me after I pay - he says he CAN'T actually clean my chimney, there's too much creosote build-up. He sees evidence of a chimney fire already, and shows me a couple of photos. I ask him what that means if my house burns down and I sue him, he says he "recommends not using the chimney" (so he had no liability whatsoever). I was so shocked I had to laugh at the absurdity of it all. Seemed like a good guy otherwise, I wanted to give him 5 stars. I told him to enjoy the $300 and I guess I'm not going to see him again.

My insurance carrier declined to continue coverage due to this condition. I contacted Assurance Roofing regarding the issue, but the problem was not corrected. During this process, I verified through state licensing records that Assurance Roofing did not hold an active contractor license. Independent inspectors and my insurance provider confirmed the same issue: improper drainage resulting in water pooling on the roof. These statements reflect the documented facts of my experience with Assurance Roofing.
