Within days huge bubbles appeared all over the house where no bonding had occurred. A layer of grime was revealed beneath these bubbles when they eventually flaked off, proving inadequate to no preparation. Countless calls to Mr Godfrey regarding deficiencies went unheeded. Despite his repeated assurances he NEVER returned to address the issues. His work was a DISSERVICE in that the previously smooth siding ended up being made ugly by voids and irregularities. A totally unprofessional DISASTER!

These guys are highly experienced professionals - they know what they're doing. We ended up hiring them to paint the interior as well. Just can't say enough good things about this fantastic local paint company. Thank you!

We thought we would end up with an ugly chainlink fence. But Marcelino, the owner of PG Landscape, built us a strong metal wire fence with a beautiful wood frame that met all our needs PERFECTLY! He helped us create a plan to accommodate all our needs, then built a fence that had to go up and down hills and through the woods in places. It is both a strong, utilitarian animal fence and a beautiful, see-through fence that maintains all our views, and enhances our property. Marcelino and his crew are perfectionists with the most amazing work ethic! They triply measured and checked everything. We've never seen a crew work as hard or as carefully as this one. There was a visible hole, shingles torn off and I was honestly panicking because I had no idea who to call. I started calling around and found First choice roofing. I called and to my surprise Ali answered right away. I explained what happened and how urgent it was, and without hesitation he said he could come out within 1 to 2 hours, and 1 hour later he was at my house. He got on the roof, checked everything out, and explained exactly what needed to be done, no fluff, no pressure, just straightforward advice. What really blew me away was that he fixed everything the same day. No waiting, no back-and-forth, he got it done on the spot, and the quality of the work was top notch. Even better, the price was very reasonable. I was expecting to pay a fortune for an emergency job like that but Ali was honest, fair and transparent from the start. If you're in Vancouver and need roofing work, especially in an unexpected situation I highly recommend First Choice Roofing. Ali really came through for me when I needed help fast.
