This is a great place for seniors!…read more My dad lives here and the apartments are really nice and spacious. He has plenty of room for grandkids to come and visit. They do allow pets (not sure about the deposit) and most of the people seem pretty friendly. His apartment features an open kitchen/living room area plus 2 large bedrooms with separate baths. The bathrooms are both very spacious allowing for plenty of movement and includes lots of storage space. An beautifully decorated upstairs meeting room hosts numerous monthly community events from Bingo to Craft time. Hardwood tables and comfortable chairs seat large groups of people for card games, potlucks and other happenings. The room is fully equipped with member's piano, TV and a kitchen area. The building is accessible for residents through coded doors at the back and through both sides. Guests and residents alike can be picked up and dropped off at the covered drive thru entrance located at the front of the building. The back area looks out over a green expanse of field and features a large arbored pavilion, beautiful landscaping and a grilling area. Sidewalks surround the entire property for residents and their furry friends to enjoy walks on sunny days. Best of all, the apartments are conveniently located near Walmart, Krogers, Walgreens, CVS, several dollar stores and a plethora of eating establishments. Several hotels are nearby for visiting family and friends, and Riverside Park is just around the corner. Market Place Apartments are income dependent, so they are affordable for those on a fixed income.

Maintenance always responds within an hour to any problem I have had ( ice maker not working- I had turned it off oops ,). Staff very friendly. Always smiling. They treat you as a customer they are glad to serve. Like you are the reason for their day rather than an interruption of it lol. Grounds are always but always clean,neat.Rent is within a decent budget .No matter your income, theycan/ will accommodate you.These are the best apts in this town for the space,location,and quality. If u try to get an apt. here and they are full,wait !!! .........its worth it. Sure glad I did .

Highly professional, and they live out their professing walk with Jesus, being a Christian business. Very responsive if a problem comes up, which it rarely does. These are kind and good people, and I consider it a blessing to rent the nice house we have here which is near-perfect for us. Going by listings I find in the local paper, I see that their rates are very reasonable. They seem to be "out for" their clientele every bit as much as they are "out for" themselves. She never got to see the apartment, never signed a lease and now they refuse to give her back her deposit. What crooks!!!!

So many things that I could put here that could keep so many people away. I'll only share the worst…read morething that happened to me there. I showed up to my apartment one night to find my door kicked in, door seals broken. A lot of my valuables were stolen. Turns out the woman across the breezeway was involved. She forgot to close her window blind while a good chunk of my valuables were on display inside her apartment. I had 4 months on my lease at this time and I was already transitioning to another home. Wildwood trails promised to have my door fixed the next week but... They didn't fix it at all within that 4 month span. The day I turned in my key, my door was still not fixed. This apartment complex does not care about its tenants. They constantly change office managers. Never answer the phone. Blame you for their bad plumbing. Don't let the appearance fool you. This place is not ideal for people that are not trying to deal with issues from their home.
