Gentleman took my order, very professional but friendly. I ordered 3 20' sticks of rebar. He directed me to drive in back, give the printout to one of the men to get my goods. Again, a friendly greeting by a very courteous friendly & helpful young man who immediately went off with his forklift for my order. Upon return he waited patiently while I cut the sticks to a size that would fit in my car. He offered to help but I was OK. All in all it was a good experience. It is a place that I would be comfortable sending my wife. BTW, from a distance the lumber looked like top quality & the store looked well stocked.ements.

Oliver and his employees painted the interior of my house in June 2024 and there were constant…read moremiscommunications due to his lack of understanding and speaking english. There were walls that needed texture and we confirmed he would do that before painting and then it didn't get done. I had to send him a photo of the texts that showed he agreed to texture and he said he missed that. They did finally texture and paint again, though the texturing job was not great. My contractor had to show them how to do it right and then they still messed up one wall. When I asked him to fix that, Oliver refused to have them come back and do it right. At that time, I also asked for a quote for the exterior of the house and decks and showed him everything that needed painting. He gave me a quote for that work. I asked him in December 2024 if we could proceed with that quote for May 2025 and he said yes it was still valid. Then he said the decks were not included even though quote states decks and super deck paint on it. Over the next four months he kept saying that other things weren't included -- first the stairs, then the front porch, and delaying in responding to my texts. I even sent him photos with everything circled so there would be no confusion. Then he raised the price by $2000 stating paint cost most, which is a huge amount just for paint costs. I finally asked for a revised quote with everything listed since he kept changing what was and wasn't included and the estimate went up 1/3 in cost. He gave me excuses about sanding, covering the floor, etc. and that it was more work, even though nothing had changed outside since I showed him everything last year. When I questioned it, he said he didn't want the job anymore and canceled on me a week before they were supposed to start, leaving me totally screwed over. I do not recommend this company. They are a bit cheaper than others in town but the miscommunication, the lack of understanding english, and the quotes changing are just a hassle. In the end you aren't really saving money because the work isn't getting done right, they aren't focusing on the details, and you're going to spend so much time dealing with the miscommunication and misunderstandings.

Caesar had to compete with 3 other bids that I got for painting the exterior of my house, and his…read morewas bid one of the lowest. The reason I chose him was because of his professionalism. He returned calls or just answered his phone when it rang, he was on time for his bid, he did a VERY detailed walk through for the bid to address specific issues and his written bid was very detailed and descriptive of exactly what I could be expecting, AND he was just pleasant to work with. First I had him do the exterior, and his crew did a great job. No issues with overspray or paint on my plants, which I've had in the past with others. The house looks amazing. Then when the tennants moved out I decided to get the inside painted, and asked Caesar to help me. He was able to squeeze me into his tight schedule because he knew I needed to have it done quickly to get the home on the market ASAP. And then he did an AMAZING job inside. He ran into some issues with paint not sticking because of oils on the wall, and he resolved it (tried a couple different primers) without adding on $$ to my bill. Working with Caesar was a great experience. I was not in the same city as the house being painted, so he sent me pictures and video of the work for updates. He has been a godsend for this out-of-town property owner, he really earned my trust! I CANNOT RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH! Thank you, Caesar!
