LSBC contracted Tri-County Seal Coating to seal LSBC's parking lot and re-stripe. Due to parking…read morelot usage we had strict time lines for completing the job so as not to interfere with usage. They were more than willing to work with us on our restrictions, even working on a Holiday. They were contracted to apply one seal coat; however, due to previous heavy rains we observed several areas where water surfaced through the new seal coat. At their suggestion and without additional charges they sealed several large cracks with a hot tar machine and then applied another seal coat. After the second seal coat water penetration was not observed. The quality of service was excellent as they certainly went above expectations. The project lead (Paul) was very easy to work with, listen to our needs and wants. and make appropriate recommendations. Workmanship and workability were excellent and we are pleased with the job. Considering all the unexpected anomalies that were encountered the quoted price was honored so value was excellent. In summary, they listened, were very flexible, and completed the work as planned and on time. Exceeded expectations in all areas. I contracted with Tri-County Seal Coating to repair a soft spot in our drive (due to water…read morestanding) in addition to adding two drains to move the water off the asphalt. These were the first drains they had installed but they did an excellent job. They listened to what we wanted and excecuted that plan flawlessly. They installed a drain line to a retention pond and all is working as planed and hoped. They backfilled the excavated area with CA6 rock, compacted the rock and overlaid the area with 4" of asphalt. Our engineer complimented them for their response, workmanship and clean up. They went above and beyond what was expected so the value was excellent. we had them come back and seal several cracks and another great job.
