The level of quality and customer service was amazing. This is the type of business that you not only want to go back to but also one that you would unhesitantly refer your associates about. The customer service was of such a level that I felt like family. I rode my bicycle from downtown Creswell to their shop which is 1.6 miles. I ended up getting a flat that I could not repair. They closed the shop 20 minutes early for me to give me a ride to Bi-Mart for a new tube and then to a tire pump. They went so out of their way for me and were so good natured and glad to help that I was compelled to spread the word about Rainbow Graphics. read more
