I had a leaking roof directly above the electrical panel in my garage. I've been living in the house for 6mos and had no idea cause it was covered by some insulation. A few days ago we had some rain and I noticed water pooling on the floor. I tried to stop it from falling on the electrical panel but nothing worked. The next day I called Cindy and she was able to get me an appointment. Even with all the other appointments Mike managed to get out to me to fix the leak. He nailed a couple pieces of sheet metal to divert the water away from the hole in my roof and applied some roofing cement and said that should hold til I'm ready to replace it. Given it's only a temporary fix because we plan on doing a complete job after the spring. Leak was caused by the rotting plywood underneath where the power lines were mounted by the anchor.
