The owner never seems to arrive on time so there is always a huge queue of people waiting while he unloads packages, so by the time he actually starts helping the first customer in line it's 15 to 20 minutes after opening hours and you're still waiting, only to be treated very rudely.
DHL clearly states on the tracking page of their website that you can pick up a package with your ID or a pickup code.
However, since the owner and his younger co-worker refuse to manually look for a package, they refuse to look for it unless you have a QR code, they never accept your ID card even though it's DHL official policy to accept ID for pickup because they are legally required to.
Even if you also have a picture on your phone of the tracking page of the website that literally has all the information on it including the line that says you can pick it up with your ID, they still rudely refuse to do anything and tell you to go away.
Note this is the second time now this has happened and if you look at their Google reviews, I can see that this is very common and that there are many other problems with this business. read more
