I would suggest you bring a tube of your favorite long lasting lipstick as the photographer will have you kiss it off in the photoshopped and you will want to reapply. My wedding was at Noon. I made my hair/makeup appt for 9am. Giving me time to go back to my hotel and change. My hotel was around 7 minutes away. She took 1hour as she said, so it was well timed. I brought 2 pictures of what I was looking for. I'll have to wait till I get my wedding pictures back 2-3 weeks, then I can really say how it looked. From what I can see it was great and I recommend Christina to you for your wedding. I wanted a natural look and I got it. As it turned out it was a really windy day. If you are having an outdoor wedding, I highly suggest you consider the wind. Maybe an updo, or something with lots of hairspray and Bobby pins. I was starting to freak out a bit, no lie. Kathy, the owner took so much stress off working with me diligently answering all of my questions, taking into account each of my requests and even gave me a complimentary bridal hair and makeup trial a month before my wedding since my initial stylist left. She helped give suggestions as well for our last minute rehearsal dinner. (I wasn't planning on doing one but my now MIL insisted.) The day of, the girls and I went in, they had some tables ready for us with snacks as well as we brought some of our own and stuff for mimosas. She planned out all of our hair and makeup perfectly. I got my hair cut there a few weeks ago and just now straighten it (I have curly hair). I specifically said that I understood that since my hair is so long it will be very thin at the ends etc. she cut 4 or so inches off my hair it was almost waist length and now it just barely reaches breast length. the layers are choppy and uneven completely disconnected. it seemed like she realized she messed up because she kept saying how cool it was that it was choppy and "crazy". she also said to one of the other stylists that "it's better to cut a lot of the length with layered styles because it gets ratty at the ends." even thought I specifically said to not touch the length. She curled before I left which I think was to try to hide some of the unevenness but was having a hard time doing so and curl some parts and left others uncurled. I was disappointed when I left but figured it can't be too bad, mostly just sad about the length until I started realizing how choppy it was. Super disappointed! I was excited to get a shag since I had finally grown my hair to the length I wanted and now I'm back to square -1. I have been attempting to grow it out and maintain the health of my hair since middle school (I'm currently 5 years out of high school).

She definitely knows what cuts and styles suit your face which is hard to find in a stylist. I go to her for pedicures (she gives nice foot and leg massages in the process) and her acrylic nails are so durable as well as beautiful because she's capable of translating any nail style I find on the internet and making sure they look great and last. My nails grow fast but because of the great job she does, the nails don't lift at the bed like most of the other places I've gone to, hers stay put and I just go back and get them filled and shortened. The salon is small and I do recommend making an appointment. She does her best to cater to your schedule as well as occasionally working outside of business hours! Very convenient location right off of the highway next to Sugarpine bakery and Los Mexicanos restaurant. They also speak fluent Spanish. My cousin had her hair styled for a wedding here as well. The salon has three dedicated parking spots in front of their salon. They can give you a pass to be able to park longer in the parking lot so you dont get ticketed.
