This was an interior job that painted a ceiling and all the walls in our basement. We were very satisfied with this one day service provided by Proservco and we plan on working with Sergey's Team when we are ready to paint the exterior of our home as well. Thank You for your professional services, Much Appreciated, Le'anne and Earl Joy

They stuck to their original quote and finished within the time frame they gave us on day one, as well. Sergey even helped us with color selection and ideas. He is really nice as well as professional. His crew paid a lot of attention to detail and, by the end of the project, had cleaned up all the spots and extra paint that had been around. Overall a great job. We will use Proservco again in the future.

Then the day before she decided 10 was the earliest she could get there. After the repeated text, because it was well past 10 she finally answered and said she was on her way only 4 miles from my house. It took her over an hour to get there. The most important task for that day was getting the carpets shampooed so they would dry overnight ready for the movers the next day. She forgot her shampoo machine so she told us she would be right back and never came back. Next, day my husband intervened and she told him after several attempts to get her on the job she would be right there and again never showed up. We had to hire someone else but for the following week. I live out of state so this was a colossal mess she put me in. I don't recommend this service to anyone.

I had two days screwed up due to Chem Dry and would not allow them in my home going forward, free or otherwise. Seth responded that he texted me and then showed up at 1 pm. Making a big deal out of the "sky bell" camera. He must have gone to the wrong address because I was ready to head out with my dog and kept opening the front door to check for his vehicle since there was no knock or doorbell ring.. As mentioned, I left at 1:20 pm and Seth did not come prior to my leaving. A phone call would have helped, as I was I'm the area and could have returned. I don't regularly check texts.
