Came out and measured, gave me a timeframe for getting started, but refused to send cost estimates despite several in-person visits by me to enquire--though they assured me that it would get done. Then, just about the time they had verbally told me they'd be starting--still no estimate on cost--I get a call saying that they weren't going to do it, and for a bunch of reasons that other roofers tell me were complete blow-off fabrications, Now I'm stuck needing the job done before winter and contractors are all booked. Apparently they don't care as much about customers these days, despite their claim to "provide each customer with a positive experience and a high quality roofing solution." Risk it if you want.

This business is out for money only. They are unreliable in their communication. While they…read morecontract with excellent carpenters, that cannot outweigh the negatives. They charged us a $475 "dumpster" fee when there was no dumpster. They brought a utility trailer that was 1/4 full after the job was done. They also waited 6 weeks to put in our supply order which resulted in a huge inflation of price. Our final balance was thousands over their quote. Don't waste your time or money here!

This has been a nightmare of transactions with this company. The contracted laborers failed to…read morecomplete our steel roof properly, which now we get bats in our roof. We called to get this remedied, only to get told Larry called his contracted workers...never got fixed and now this is our problem. The windows we went with through them are falling apart at less than 9 years. When we call to get this remedied, we have to call in to the company and take care of it. We will have to pay for all labor and this still has not been resolved. We are told this is all better dealt with by me, not once has he stood behind the products he sells. DEFINITELY never recommend this lumber company.
