The finest chips in Corby!
Raffetys has enjoyed a reputation for good quality food for many years now and it is still about a good as it gets for takeaway food in Corby.
Situated on Occupation Road, the main strength of the menu is the crisp fluffy chips. Lots of them! The prices are slightly higher than some chip shops but it only goes to prove the old phrase - you get what you pay for.
So why four stars and not five? Well, sadly, Raffetys is a victim of its own success and it's very unusual to find a queue of less than six or seven in front of you. This makes it the slowest of the fast food bars in the town.
Personally, I think it's worth the wait; the food tastes great and you get service with a smile. Enjoy! read more
