I recently moved to Fayetteville, started a new job, had intense training out of town and all of this while trying to pack up a house in another state. Phew! Popi made this transition smooth as she was resourceful, accommodating, kind and understanding. She would answer all my questions, no matter how silly and when she did not have the answer she would research and find the answer. Thank you Popi! You are doing an AMAZING job at being a property manager.

It was with a heavy heart that moved outta West End after living there a year. It was by chance…read morethat I ended up living here as there was an apartment shortage last year; so the earliest an apartment was available was December. Taylor just happened to call me on a Thursday as someone moved out last minute and I moved in on Saturday. I remember walking into my apartment and loving it. There was plank flooring throughout the living and kitchen areas and plush carpet in the bedroom. It was such a comfortable and warm feeling. The office staff was beyond helpful with getting everything together. I had a few things that needed to be fixed upon moving in and they came out right away. And this continued throughout my time there. Within twenty four hours anything that I needed fixed was fixed. This included my AC that went out in the middle of the night on a super warm October night. They were out to fix it just hours later. I love that they had socially distanced monthly meet ups and giveaways. There was always something going on at the property and it was wonderful to interact with the staff there and in the office--Taylor, Chellynn, and Julia are so great! The office always had snacks for us including coffee and water! I definitely will miss this. Also, the community is welcoming and it seems like everyone has a dog. I will miss this as well!! Also, this is a great location, right outside the All American gate and not too far from the Yadkin gate. Wonderful for anyone regularly going on post. Overall this is a great property that is worth the price as you get great service, plenty of space, nice amenities, and a comfortable and welcoming place to live! Do not look any further, you have found your home!
