This installation was for a 1/2 acre sloping lot complicated by tall, old trees, 30 year old gardens, a 20x40' gunite pool with a retaining wall and planting strip, a koi pond, a 20 x 20' aggregate patio, aggregate walkways, and a 20x20' workshop building. In short, everything that would make it difficult-was. Not a problem for them. They had reassured me me that if they dug into a 30 year old french drain on one side of our house, they'd replace it. They did and my husband told them it wasn't necessary to replace because it was full of dirt and probably not working. They noticed it was working, had to be there, and they replaced it because otherwise, we would have a drainage problem on one side of our house.

Several things were incomplete or wrong on initial installation on new home build. Irrigation boxes…read morehad wires twisted together without wire nuts, one in ground at an angle, and housing or box in front yard literally not installed, was just a hole with dirt. Some things corrected just before closing, One moved to low spot so close to property line that there will be problem if fence installed. Have marked all sprinkler heads I can find and seems to be questionable arrangement. Maybe others are in yard that I can't find. Have found one sprinkler head behind property line and couple buried in low spots where sand put to level lawn before closing. Owner will not call back or text back after several attempts including pictures over the last 7-10 days. Has lady in office call. As a result, sent info for a second time to sign up for yearly maintenance. Needs to come see the work the installation crew did and fix problems.
