This business is a joke. My daughter and her friend had pictures taken in December of 2017. They…read morestill had NEVER received anything but broken promises from Jessica. Its difficult to reach Jessica. My daughter is in the Military and stationed outside the US so she is unable to take care of this. After I stepped in Jessica apologized for dropping the ball and made more promises October 2018 via email. Still no pictures. My daughter responded to that email two days later with her choices and again no response. My daughter attempted emailing Jessica again in February. On March 1, 2019 I called the business phone and left a message as well as sending an email. No response. Finally, on March 6th, I called her business number again from a different phone using a different name and Jessica answered. She had multiple excuses as to why the pictures had not been sent including blaming my daughter and her friend for not contacting her. My daughter was able to finally make contact with Jessica via messenger phone. After a back and forth conversation with multiple excuses once again, Jessica offered to send my daughter her photos in digital form. She told my daughter that if I would remove my review, she would send all the photos taken in digital form. If I wouldn't remove my review, she would only send a few. I removed my review temporarily and Jessica sent the photos in digital form. How sad it is that instead of doing what was right and sending my daughter printed photos as was originally requested she felt the need to basically black mail her. Jessica said my review could cost her business and she wanted it removed. I give this business a one star due to complete lack of professionalism. Not only is Jessica full of excuses as to why she is unable to conduct business she is also dishonest. It took over 14 months to get the product that was paid for in advance.
