I have gotten to know several great local and national groups, most of whom have never received any airplay on any of the corporate stations. Another major plus for this station is the fact they have LIVE people in the studio who create a personalized touch that you can connect with. Right off the bat it was obvious that she did not read my initial communication or care about my preferences. As part of the conversation she asked why we moved and I was explaining the reasons for my family moving away from the I-5 corridor and she replied with stating that she thinks Oakland California has gotten better since her last visit - basically again just not caring about my thoughts and experiences. Overall the conversation was just a complete dismissal of anything I had to say or felt and a push of her preferences and opinions. For someone reaching out to volunteer it totally felt like she was looking for someone to do her bidding and not appreciative of the offer of volunteering at all. Brooke
