My main concern was the extraction and they focused on the fork rebuild instead of the extraction. They couldn't extract the bolt. I was still charged for the extraction and they had my bike for a week and a half. Also when I got my bike back it wouldn't want to start anymore. They leave the bikes outside in the sun the whole time they're there so be mindful of that. They replaced my brakes even though I had brand new brakes and when asked to see my old ones they didn't show me. I had a friend extract my bolt in five minutes, which a shop that specializes in this couldn't do. Do not come here.

I was stranded in Lancaster when my RV blew a tire that broke an axel and I had to find someone to weld it back together. My trailer and truck together are about 50 feet long hard to find a business that could accommodate that size. to work on as the truck has to be used to pull the trailer in to work on. So, the owner of the shop, who was working side by side with his employees, who seemed to really enjoy and respect him, moved vehicles and got his crew to help direct my truck and trailer into their limited space off Ave K. It was a lot of time and effort on their part and they did it smiling and laughing the whole way. We actually had fun! The owner himself quickly welded the axle and THEN, the whole crew had to help stop traffic on Ave K while I backed out - I could not do it so the owner jumped in and backed my trailer out for me - or tried, anyway. We got it done together. They charged me around $200 which was much, much cheaper than quotes I got from other shops around $500! I have been a victim of many rip-off mechanics shops in the past, especially as a woman and a senior. One Stop Muffler renewed my faith in humanity. It was really a fun, pleasant experience! One would hope that more people would be in business from a perspective of "service" rather than just profit. unfortunately, it is a rare occurrence. One Stop Muffler is a wonderful exception to the common greed of most businesses. I have owned many businesses myself, and I understand the dynamics of running a successful business. I had planned on being a returning customer and have custom wrap done on my car, interior lighting, and a few other things. I had even started referring different friends to the business who also wanted to have work done on their cars. Sadly it didn't turn out this way, as I randomly got a text message on February 27, 2023 from his wife suddenly banning me from returning since apparently they had marital problems and decided to involve me in their personal lives. I was absolutely blindsided and quite frankly disappointed at how Alonso and the "co-owner" went about their issues. I wanted to let this go however since his team replaced my car's dash screen, CarPlay system, tinted my windows, the sound system has been absolute trash for taking calls. Callers say they either can't hear me or hear an intolerable echo that makes it hard to listen to what I'm saying. I have not been able to have clear calls ever since the work they did. So l was left with an unusable phone audio system in my Mercedes that required an added expense since I clearly am "not welcome" to fix the crap they did to my car in the first place.
