I went to Lucky Bike for the first time to repair my road bicycle(I an not their customer as I…read morevisit from abroad taking my bike with me). The technician was very friendly and helped me so much, explaining what he does in every step, with a lot of patience and empathy and great professionalism. (He even let me get inside his workshop, something most of the technicians hardly allow ). He was helping me for at least 20-30 minutes. When I asked how much it should cost, he told me that it's for free!!!
I am still stunned by this unexceptional amazing service. Walking through the shop I got also amazed by the big yard they have for bike trial and by the variety of equipment they offer. This shop is a must visit!!! for any bicycle enthusiasts who come to Kassel area.
