Ross stood out with his knowledge and friendliness and I got a very good vibe after speaking with him. Ross and him team is nothing short of amazing. They are very responsive, helpful, professional and they kept me up to date throughout the entire process. Ross is very knowledgable of the market and starting price points. Based on his guidance, I listed and received a really great offer. As an out of state seller, I had zero stress from the start. Ross coordinated all the remodeling work needed to get the home listed, we facetimed so I can see progress, got great pictures and videos of the property. Ross really went above and beyond with the sale. Whether you're selling or buying, Ross is highly recommended!

Outstanding communication and deep relationships opened many doors for us as we searched for our new house. We came to Dawn after my dad Ray Howard - who also was realtor for about 30 years in Portland - highly recommended her as number one suggestion. Awesome referral, dad. We love Dawn. And we love our new house. Go with Dawn if you want stellar communication, house buying and selling wisdom, deep relationships that open doors, and like saving money. Team Dawn for life. p.s. I've only ever seen one person have something negative to say - someone here on Yelp named Joe B. - and it sounds like whoever that is has an agenda. Dawn is brilliant.

Hilary & Darcie are a real estate dream team!…read more We were buying - our first home, too. So, as expected, we had all the questions. Many of which I assume are in the "there's no such thing as a dumb question, but..." category :). Hilary & Darcie graciously answered them all, quickly and with plenty of details. As our purchase took place during COVID-19, house tours looked a little different, but they helped us navigate that too. From ensuring we could get in and view a house quickly, to making us feel comfortable with proper PPE and social distancing practices. When we found *the* house, they were quick to draft up an offer and walk us through what everything meant (it's a long contract, but important to understand!). They helped us find and schedule inspections, get bids during negotiations, and coordinate repairs with the seller. And because they work seamlessly as a team, they were available 7-days a week and were able to jump right in no matter who we spoke with last. As a first-time buyer, it would have been really easy to get lost in all of this, but I was never worried that we were missing a step. Hilary & Darcie had our backs throughout the entire process, which was a huge relief! And even as we started moving in and looking at some small upgrades and customizations, they have continued to be a wonderful resource for connecting to local professionals across a wide variety of services.
