I took my car there for a simple brake pad installation. Oh…read morethey gave a great price in the start. Then they didn't do something right. My car sounded like a bucket every time I hit any pot whole it sounded as though the whole right wheel was coming off. So they said oh it's just a sway bar link. So I purchased the Sway bar links, and they said well you may as well replace them both so I did. When I drove away, now both front tires were doing it. The owner rode with me, and said oh it's just that you must replace the Struts. To the tune of about $800 just for part. I drive a 2014 E350. I drove away so mad I could chew nails. The parts store recommended somewhere else. All tune would not even ask if they could correct it. They put the newest most green tech on my car who had an issue removing the front tire. They invited me come back and work on my car again. I went to another repair shop. He found that they intentionally left the pars disconnected so I would get more work done by their incompetent shop. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. IT IS WORTHLESS THEY WILL TRY TO DRAIN YOU FOR EVERY CENT YOU HAVE. YOU WILL NOT NEED THE PARTS THAT THEY WILL RECOMMEND. IT COST ME $ 55 to have the parts tightened, that they were trying to use to soak me out of more money.

Call Rodney in Buckhead or Leah in Gwinnett if you're looking for quality service and a true consultant. Our transaction at LR Buckhead was smooth and comprehensive. As for product, we drove comparable models in other brands. The build quality wasn't even close. LR isn't cheap, you get what you pay for. Some competitor's interiors were flimsy and felt cheap in the same price range. I was a little surprised by how solid the LR compared to the others. I wish Yelp had a sixth star.
