I arrived early in the morning right when the store opened and left my PS5 Slim with them to have it cleaned of dust and to fix the overheating issue. They told me it would be ready by 6:00 PM, even though the store closes at 7:00 PM. When I came back, they told me they had never promised it would be finished by 6:00 PM and that it would actually take several days.
The staff are from India. When I first walked in, one of the employees was talking on the phone and looked at me with complete indifference, as if to say, "What do you want?" The overall attitude was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming.
Overall, I had a very negative experience, and even one star feels too generous. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and find a business with better customer service--one that doesn't make empty promises and doesn't treat its customers with such obvious disrespect. read more
