The only negative thing I remember is that I ran out of tokens, I was thirsty and asked for tap water, but the barman refused, pretty sure that isn't even legal, this is a public health concern. So we asked a helpful employee who was more specific and, thankfully, encouraging about walking the short distance. Like many Europeans, he measured the distance in "walking minutes" very accurately. It is super clean and the signage, while helpful, wasn't great. Many folks apparently arranged for shuttles. We did meet one seemingly unscrupulous taxi driver parked 50 yards up the street from the entrance. He offered to take us for way more than a fair price, was pushy and weird, and did not get our business.

Easy cruise terminal for embarkation and disembarkation. Literally was able to walk on and walk off…read morethe ship once customs was cleared. Nice to be able to choose a convenient time to get off and on the cruise boat. Since the terminal is in the heart of the city, lots of taxis were available but we had already booked one. The ten minute ride was just $32 for 4 passengers including luggage. Smooth sailing at the Rotterdam Cruise Terminal.
