At no point was I informed of this policy beforehand, nor is it mentioned on their website. Transparency in pricing and fair business practices matter. If I had seen the online reviews of Pettis Plumbing before trusting they were a reputable business, I could have avoided being swindled. As a former client, I do not recommend Pettis Plumbing.

They won't adjust an invoice and will charge you insane compound interest if you don't pay in time then send you to collections. think the courts will help, think again because they just lie in court. this company is corrupt and unfortunately it reflects on some very nice plumbers. save yourselves thousands and go to anyone else. if money is not a concern and you don't care about getting gouged and upsold they might be a good choice.
