I was in the store today more so for the coffee at costa than anything else. Like every other…read moreshop, the service was extremely slow. Any vacant tables was littered with previous customers empty dishes etc. No staff in sight to clear away. The chain really needs to consider how they improve on this. On a positive note, the cappuccino was nice.
